Cooking lessons
Zibibbo’s cooking courses are not “lessons“ but, rather, total immersion in the kitchen of a working restaurant. Students work, personally supervised by noted chef, author, and co-founder of Cibreo Restaurant, Benedetta Vitali, participating, collaborating, and observing all of the kitchen staff’s activities.
With years of experience sharing her love for food and cooking, Benedetta is able to bestow her gifts on anyone, from the amateur to the professional, who wants to improve their skills in the kitchen.
