Tuscan Cooking private lessons

Barbara and Valentina, your chefs for this program, are expert Italian cooks and talian language teachers with extensive experience. They offer an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Classes may be scheduled for any date with a two-day advance notice, and can be conducted in your native language. You may take one lesson or combine them to fashion a program to your interests. Lessons begin at 16:00. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, you sit at a table and at 18:30/19:00 you have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. Reserve by telephone, fax, or email.

The locations for our private cooking lessons are in the centre of Florence and in the historic centre of Lucca, both ancient and historical downtown buildings.
